Bound skeleton is a Slayer creature released with the Unwelcome Guests quest. It requires level 50 Slayer to be assigned as a Slayer task.

Location[edit | edit source]

Several Bound Skeletons can be found directly north of Fort Forinthry surrounding the entrance to the crypt. Multiple can be aggressive at once, and they hit quite hard. Players are able to safe spot them in several spots:

• In the north-west corner of the ruins north of the crypt. There are several gravestones, but the key one is the tall and pointy gravestone attached to a visible grave. Stand in the square immediately north of it. At first a skeleton to the southeast may wander in, but after you killed it once, it will get stuck in a corner between a tree and another gravestone. It looks like there is a 1 square gap to the northeast but it is an invisible wall. You can grab the attention of 1 or 2 skeletons to the north, then run back and the wall would neatly funnel them to be stuck north of you, where you can hit them over another gravestone (1 square, halberds can be used)
• Another spot is exactly 6 squares east and 2 squares north (immediately northeast of some big white mushrooms). Skeletons to the north can't be reached, but there are 2 skeletons to the south that would get stuck on the boulder to the south. Similarly a skeleton might wander into the spot at first but would get stuck afterwards.
• On the road stretching from north to south through ruins, in the south-eastern area, there is a tree stump in the middle of the road. There are at least 2 skeletons spawning to the north that can easily be stuck north of the stump (1 square, halberds can be used).
• An alternative safe spot is in the south-east area of the ruins, behind the small rock just north of the southernmost room. Skeletons in this area will queue north of the rock if an attack that splinters is used to draw their attention.
