½ cup evaporated milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
¼ cup white sugar
Directions
Beat milk, evaporated milk, instant pudding, and sugar in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Pour into ice pop molds and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
