“Good Clay Pot for Nutritious Cooking ”

Excellently packed, these are awesome pots that are sturdy all over !. I soaked it for 12 hours and coated it with oil prior to first use. Then, I have been using it almost daily since I got them and have made khichdi, soup, subzi etc.. We cover the pot while cooking, it generates a lot of steam and so less oil and water is needed. The smell of masalas while cooking is strong which I never found when using the regular steel pots. Time required to cook is also not more than the steel pots . The food also tastes better. Very easy to clean and no smell of food remains in it. I have used the regular clay pots with handles and lids and they seem like toys compared to this. Being clay some precaution in terms of handling and storing has to be taken. Have recommended it to family and friends.
