A delicious Italian liqueur that is part of its finest clothes.
Disaronno Originale is the amaretto you need to have in your personal reserve. It is indeed one of the most appreciated Italian liqueurs in the world. Almond-based (fruit and stone), it has a mild and sweet flavor, beyond measure.
The Disaronno bottle is easily recognizable thanks to its rectangular shape and its domed cap. This square bottle is a work of art in itself, made by a master glassmaker from Murano (Venice).
History of Amaretto Disaronno
Amaretto Disaronno is a sweet Italian liqueur made from almonds, apricots and herbs. It is produced in Saronno, a town in the Lombardy region of Italy.
Disaronno is made according to a secret recipe that dates back to the Italian Renaissance. The liqueur is obtained from bitter apricot kernels, almonds, vanilla and sugar, which are mixed and macerated in neutral alcohol. The mixture is then distilled to extract the aromas and flavors.
