How to Play Jaldi 3
To start playing, simply...
- Choose three numbers from 0 to 9 - or two numbers if you're playing the Pair play type. Mark one number per column. You may choose the same number more than once, although this will limit which play types are available.
- Next, pick your play type: options include Straight, Box, Pair, Straight/Box, Pair or Combo - see below for details. Which is your favourite?
- How much would you like to wager? The minimum play is ₹40, or wager ₹80 for the chance to win higher prizes. Some play types require a higher bet.
- How many draws will you play? You can enter a single draw or subscribe to take part in multiple draws.
- Check the results after your chosen draw. If your numbers match the winning numbers in the order required by the bet type you chose, you win a prize!
With Jaldi 3, your numbers are securely stored in your online account, so they cannot be lost like a paper lottery ticket. If you've won, you'll receive an email notification after the draw, and you'll receive your winnings payout in your account soon afterwards! It's your choice whether to withdraw the money or use it to try your luck again on future draws.
Play Types
Jaldi 3 has five bet types to choose from - each one features a different way to match the numbers drawn to win. If your numbers match all three of the numbers drawn, you can win up to ₹40,000, depending on your chosen play type and wager amount. Each play type has its own special features: Straight offers the highest prizes, while Box has better odds of winning.
Straight
The Straight bet type has the highest prize, up to ₹40,000. To win, match all three numbers drawn in exact order. For example, if your numbers are 123, you'll win if the lottery selects the numbers 123, in that order. However, you would not win if the numbers drawn are 321. The Straight bet costs ₹40 which you can double up to ₹80.
Box
Box has better odds of winning than Straight. To win, your numbers must match the winning numbers in any order. A Box bet can be 3-Way or 6-Way, depending on the numbers you choose. 6-Way is easier to win than 3-Way, so the prizes are also lower. You cannot choose three of the same numbers (like 111) on a Box bet.
3-Way Box
This bet type requires choosing two identical numbers and one unique number - for example, 112. 3-Way has three potential winning combinations. If your numbers are 112, you can win if the numbers selected are 112, 121, or 211.
6-Way Box
For this play type, choose three different numbers - like 123. 6-Way has six possible winning combinations. If you chose 123, you can win if the numbers drawn are 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, or 321.
Straight/Box
This play is a combination of Straight and Box and costs ₹80 to play, which is divided between the two bet styles. Match the winning numbers in exact order to win both the Straight and Box prizes. Match the winning numbers in any order and you'll take home the Box prize. Just like a regular Box play, a 3-way and a 6-way bet are available.
3-Way Straight/Box
Choose two same numbers and one unique number for this play - for example, 112. Win the Box prize if the numbers drawn are 121 or 211. If the winning numbers are 112, you win both Straight and Box prizes, since you match in exact order.
6-Way Straight/Box
Pick three unique numbers - for example, 123. This play type has better odds of winning, and so the prizes are a little smaller. Win the Box prize if the numbers drawn are 132, 213, 231, 312, or 321. Win both Straight and Box prizes if the winning numbers are 123 - your numbers match in exact order.
Combo
This play type is like making a Straight bet on all possible combination of your three numbers. You play 3-Way or 6-Way Combo depending on the amount of potential combinations of the numbers you choose. Because Combo is equivalent to every Straight play, 6-Way Combo is double the cost of 3-Way, but the odds of winning are half.
3-Way Combo
Choose two same numbers and one different number to play 3-Way Combo - for example, 112. There are three possible winning combinations of your numbers. You'll take home a prize if the numbers drawn are 112, 121, or 211. The cost is the same as three Straight bets, so the price is ₹120 (3 x ₹40) or ₹240 (3 x ₹80).
6-Way Combo
If you select three unique numbers (for example, 123) you'll play 6-way Combo, due to the six potential combinations of your digits. You'll win if the numbers drawn are 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, or 321. The cost of this play is equivalent to six Straight bets: ₹240 (6 x ₹40) or ₹480 (6 x ₹80).
Pairs
Choose either Front Pair or Back Pair to play this bet type. You'll only need to choose two numbers. To win on Front Pair, your numbers must match the first two numbers drawn in exact order. To win on Back Pair, you'll need to match the last two numbers drawn in exact order.
Any two numbers between 0 and 9 have the same odds of winning a prize, including identical numbers, because each digit has the same chance as any other of being drawn in either position.
Front Pair
If your numbers are 11, you'll win on any selection drawn that is 11x - for example, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, or 119.
Back Pair
If you choose 11, you'll receive a prize if the numbers drawn are x11 - for example, 011, 111, 211, 311, 411, 511, 611, 711, 811, or 911.
