Our History
20+ years transforming food service
2001
Focus Brands is launched as a holding company for Carvel Corporation, the leader in soft-serve ice cream and uniquely shaped ice cream cakes.
2004
Cinnabon joins the Focus Brands family, bringing oven-fresh cinnamon rolls, signature specialty beverages, and more to our menu portfolio.
2006
Schlotzsky’s Deli joins forces with other Focus Brands concepts to further strengthen our commitment to delivering delicious foods.
2007
Focus Brands acquires Moe’s Southwest Grill, bringing create-to-order burritos to Mexican food lovers.
2010
Pretzel-lovers rejoice when Auntie Anne’s becomes part of our iconic brand portfolio.
2013
McAlister’s Deli joined the portfolio, further establishing our growth in the popular sandwich category.
2018
