TheMiami-Dade Board of County Commissioners' ("Board") Annual MeetingCalendar is developed by the Board's Chairperson, in collaboration withall commissioners and designated members of the Administration and the Clerk of the Board. This calendar is placed on theBoard's agenda for approvalby amajority vote in Octoberorbefore the beginning of each calendar year.
TheClerk of the Board (COB)updates the calendar to reflect any additions, deferrals, cancellations and other changes.
