I have been obsessed with pomegranate lately. The flavor is unbeatable and it is packed with antioxidants. Plus, it tastes great with chocolate. These salted dark chocolate pomegranate clusters are my latest pomegranate creation and they are SO good.

These no bake clusters are amazing and so easy to make. Would you believe that they are made from only 4 ingredients? So obsessed. Combining dark chocolate with pomegranate also makes these an antioxidant rich treat. So good!

  • pomegranate
  • coconut oil
  • salt

Instructions to make no bake chocolate pomegranate clusters

  1. Melt together chocolate and coconut oil. I microwaved mine in 3 30 seconds intervals.
  2. Add pomegranate seeds to a large bowl. Pour over chocolate, and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Spoon out pomegranate onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper into small and evenly sized clusters. Sprinkle salt over clusters

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 pomegranate - seeded
  • pinch salt

  • Refrigerate clusters for 30 minutes or freeze for 15. Dig in.

Notes

The coconut oil is key to getting the chocolate to melt smoothly so I do not suggest leaving this out.

    Absolute little pieces of heaven! I made these for my friends and family as holiday gifts and luckily had left-overs for myself.
