Alice J. Kimmel, 91, of Pine Grove, passed away on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 in Providence Place, Pine Grove.
Born on June 10, 1932 in Roedersville, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Beulah Hubler Reichert.
She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Pine Grove.
Alice was a dietary aide and worked for Rest Haven in Schuylkill Haven.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 53 years, Lester I. Kimmel; a son, Melvin C. Reichert, Sr.; a,daughter, Tonya T. Novack; four brothers, Garfield G., Charles, Morris, and John Reichert; three sisters, Orzaba Wolfe, Irene Kimmel, and Sevilla Doll Stine.
Surviving are two sons, Kim and wife Andrea Kimmel of Pine Grove, Lanny and wife Patti Kimmel of Schuylkill Haven; 8 grandchildren, Shawn Kimmel, Amie Kimmel, Torie Fisher, Kyle Novack, Jesse Kimmel, Cody Kimmel, Melvin Reichert, Jr., and Tracy Staller; 9 great grandchildren; a sister, Emily Hoover of Pine Grove; nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the H. L. Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., Pine Grove, with Pastor Brian Beissel officiating. There will be a viewing on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church General Fund, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 in her memory.

Born in Oxford, New Jersey, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Maria (Szkucska) Haluska. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Vincent C. Gudleski; a son, Vincent S. Gudleski; two daughters: Pauline Gudleski and Mary Ann Burns; her seven siblings.
Sophie is survived by her two sons, Ben Gudleski and Michael Gudleski, both of Frackville; her daughter, Diane P. O’Connor and her husband Bob, Fountain Springs; her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held at Annunciation BVM Cemetery, Frackville.

Holly was born in Takoma Park, Maryland on April 1, 1959. She was a graduate of Williams Valley High School.
She was employed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for over 20 years. She was looking forward to her retirement on April 1st.
Holly will be remembered for having such a big personality in such a little body, her laugh was infectious. She loved her children with all her heart, and could often be found talking about them to friends and strangers alike. She enjoyed her shopping trips and never met an animal she didn't like, from her dogs and cats to feeding the squirrels in the her yard. She enjoyed the simple things in life and will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by an infant son, Brian Stakem, 1983 and a brother Noel Challenger, 2013.
She is survived by her mother, Jacqueline Williams Challenger, Illinois; her two children, Carol Stakem and Joe Stakem, both of Steelton; a grandson Chase Stakem, Hummelstown; a sister, Ivy Drum and her husband Jim, Williamstown, a brother, Eric Challenger and his wife Stacey, Illinois. Holly is also survived by her former husband Kerry Stakem and his wife, Sue, who were great friends to Holly for many years. Several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Holly's life will be be held on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 1-5 pm from the Center Street Grill, 4 Center Street, Enola, PA.

Born in Philadelphia, June 18, 1950, a son of Vivian Wolfe Shearman, Williamstown, and the late Allen Shearman II.
Allen was a a retired facilities supervisor in the real estate industry.
He loved gardening and had an impressive organic garden that he was extremely proud of. He could always be found working in his greenhouse. Allen also was a talented carpenter and avid writer. He was a published author, publishing his novel, Dreams: Travels with Charlie, in 2019.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are his sister, Eve Robbins and her husband Larry. Larry and Allen had a very close relationship and he considered him his brother; Allen was not only a big brother to Eve, but a loyal mentor. Allen is also survived by his former wife and dear friend, Jane Shearman; a son, Alby Shearman; nieces and nephews he was very close to, Matthew, Shaina, Tova, Leila, and Jeffrey Shearman, and Tina Shearman-Becker; great nieces and nephews, Sasha, Tanner, Anya, and Reyna. Allen is also survived by his dear friends and neighbors, Don and Sandy.
Following Allen's wishes, there will be a private family service.

Born in Staten Island, New York, June 26, 1948, a son of the late Abraham and Rita Velani Giordano.
He retired as an computer analyst - a career he took great pride and excelled in.
Warren was a member of the Byzantine Catholic Church and was a man of great spiritual faith.
He was very active with academia.edu, where he had numerous articles published. He was fluent in five different languages. Warren had a great knowledge of history, especially anything covering World War I and II. He could often be found out and about in Williamstown, especially sitting on his porch socializing.
Surviving are his wife, Irene Ewin Giordano; three children, Peter Giordano and his wife Lauren, Mary Ann Giordano, and Alexandra Luisi and her husband Chris; two brothers, Abe and Jeffrey, Giordano; four grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Jenna Drum for her care and help given to both Warren and Irene over the years.
