I've been listening to Shibby's files for a few years, on and off... I can never get to a full org*sm, but I can get some nice feelings, so I definitely feel like it has some possibilities... and I'll continue to try it.
Hypno in general can be very frustrating, because some of the files can be an hour long. Going through a long induction, then hitting something that doesn't fit, is a waste of an hour. At a minimum I could have just edged for an hour, and it would have been time more well spent.
I suppose it would help to have hypno itself as a personal kink, or even femdom in general (which seems to be the most popular theme), but none of that stuff really floats my boat, so I think I'm approaching this on "hard mode".
I've no doubt that there is something to it though, since I've felt things that were undeniably real.
