The soft, colourful bread that’ll make you feel like you are literally eating a cloud has taken over social media with people giving their own vibrant twist to the bread. Popularised by the TikTok user linqanaaa, the food trend not only looks good but also tastes great!

Ingredients
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2.5 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Food Colouring
- Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Step 1: Before you start working on the dough, preheat your oven to 300°F.
Step 2: While the oven is getting ready, add three egg whites into a large mixing bowl and whisk them until they’re nice and frothy.
Step 3: Once the mixture replicates a cloud, add sugar and cornstarch into the bowl and mix it. You can also add a few drops of vanilla extract if you want your bread to have a slightly sweet flavour.
Step 4: If you want the colour of the outer crust of your cloud bread to be different from the inside, divide the mixture into two separate bowls and add the food colour of your choice to it and mix it well.
Step 5: Then, scoop the mixture onto a baking tray with parchment paper. Make sure to form a cloud-like shape while adding it to the tray. If you are doing a multi-coloured mixture, first add a small scoop of the colour you want on the inside and then top it with another scoop of the mixture you want on the outside.
Step 6: Bake it for 20-25 minutes. Once it’s done, let it cool down for a bit, and then enjoy!
