What you need
- Box
- Cotton
- Slime/playdough
- Other materials you think your child might like to feel
Benefits
This activity is a sensory exploration, allowing your child to feel the different items and try to guess what’s inside.
The experience
Make a hole in the box or boxes, big enough to fit your child’s forearm. Fill each box with different materials and let your child guess what it is each time.
Switch up the materials to keep it interesting. Write down the names of the items inside the box and reveal it to your child every time you finish your guessing game!
