Within Destruction have officially been announced for this year’s edition of ‘The Summer Slaughter Tour‘. Playing up on the divisive reaction the lineup for this year’s first run of the tour since 2019, the Slovenian nü-metalcore outfit revealed their involvement with the following statement today, May 20th:
“YO SO HERE’S THE DEAL, @summerslaughter LISTENED TO YOU GUYS… THEY KNOW THE LINEUP WAS WHACK AF 💩 THEY BEGGED US IF WE CAN JOIN SO THERE’S AT LEAST ONE HEAVY BAND ON THE BILL 🙄🙄
WE ONLY SAID YES CAUSE ASH GUARANTEED WE’LL GET DENNY’S CATERING EACH DAY 🥓

In addition to that, hip-hop-influenced deathcore outfit Filth have also now joined the bill and will be taking on the opening spot. A post shared by the tour’s organizers today reads as follows:
“we heard your voices…. there wasn’t enough breakdowns, newer bands or mosh calls on the bill. so here’s the chin check you’ve been waiting for – @withindestructiondm and @filthband have been added to ALL dates. 🧜♂️🧞”
