Story
It is said every thousand years all witches from near and far come together for the Night of the Witches. And on that very night, Dark Enchantress Cookie was born. A dose of concentrated dark magic and poisonous scarlet pomegranate syrup gives this Cookie a deliciously evil taste. Since the moment of her creation, Dark Enchantress Cookie was filled with sweet ambition, she brought chaos to the Night of the Witches gathering and escaped, taking with it the secrecies of the witches. But now, after so many years, a dark shadow has emerged, could it be... her?
Gameplay
- Cookie Skill
Creates a magic circle on the ground every time the small gauge is full. The magic circle absorbs Jellies and obstacles and creates Dark Crystal Jellies. The more obstacles and Jellies it absorbs, the more Dark Crystal Jellies it creates. When the large gauge is full, an even stronger dark magic circle is created. The dark magic circle destroys obstacles and collects Jellies. It also restores some Energy. Level Up for more points for Dark Crystal Jellies.

Summons a Cake Witch which heeds the orders of Dark Enchantress Cookie alone. The Cake Witch follows along and destroys obstacles with its colossal spear, creating Chaos Crystal Jellies. The stronger the enchanted power, the more points earned from Chaos Crystal Jellies.

- It is revealed in Cookie Run: Kingdom that Dark Enchantress Cookie was previously one of the Five Heroes, White Lily Cookie. She had spied on the Night of Witches gathering and learned the truth of the Cookies' existence. Horrified, she fell into the Ultimate Dough and was rebaked with a new identity and world view, refusing to accept her fate.
- She may have some connection with the Grass Village due to White Lily Cookie's similarities to Lilybell Cookie and Blue Lily Cookie, particularly the latter; both White Lily Cookie and Blue Lily Cookie have pale hair, clothing that resembles leaves, and lily staffs.
- It is unknown how exactly Dark Enchantress Cookie and Matcha Cookie are related, but both share a number of similarities, such as black horns, a magical staff, and clawed monstrous hands as part of their Skills.
- The Cake Witch present in her Magic Candy Skill first appeared in Cookie Run: Kingdom as a story mode boss.
